Review your plan, trial and subscription payments

The hosted edition provides Plan & Billing for workshop subscription information. This subscription is different from the invoices your workshop sends to vehicle owners. Standalone installations do not use the same hosted billing screens.
Review the current plan
- Open Configuration → Plan & Billing.
- Check the current plan, trial end date if applicable, and usage meters.
- Review the available plan choices and billing cycle.
- Read the amount and terms shown in the current checkout before proceeding. Selecting a plan card alone does not complete a purchase.
Only an authorised settings manager should purchase or activate a plan. Available features and limits depend on the workshop's actual subscription, so use the current account information rather than an old price or feature list.
Trial expiry and extension
An expired trial can leave records readable while blocking new changes. Eligible workshops can request the offered self-service extension during the last week of the trial or after expiry. The extension is available once; check the new end date shown after it succeeds.
If the extension is unavailable or already used, contact the product team through the offered support route. Do not delete useful business records merely to work around a limit.
Review payment history
Use Subscription & payments to review available subscription history and Download invoice for its documents. Manage on Orions360 opens the connected subscription management route where provided.
What happens next
After successful checkout and activation, refresh the plan information and check the resulting entitlement. A cancelled or failed checkout is not a successful upgrade.
Troubleshooting
If the provider confirms payment but the plan has not changed, keep the payment reference and contact support before paying again. A missing feature can also be a staff-permission issue. Account suspension needs support assistance; a password reset will not remove it.
