Set your workshop details, branding and preferences

EnglishUpdated Sep 13, 2026

Company Settings controls the workshop identity and common display preferences. Viewing settings and saving changes require different permissions.

Update the workshop

  1. Open Configuration → Company Settings.
  2. Under Company Information, check Business / App Name, Short Name, legal company name, TRN, country, contact details and address.
  3. Under Branding & Logos, use Upload image for your workshop branding and choose Brand colour.
  4. Under Regional & Format, check language, date format, currency, decimal places and timezone.
  5. Under Printing, choose the available default invoice template and enter bank details only if they should appear on documents.
  6. Review Interface Preferences, including theme, default rows per page and confirmation style.
  7. Use Save Changes and wait for the saved confirmation before leaving.

The brand colour is used on customer-facing booking, tracking, inspection and estimate pages. Extra document templates can depend on your plan. A user's device may remember a different last-used print template.

Customer portal

The Customer Self-Service Portal section provides the Portal Login URL and Open Portal. Customer access still needs the customer's email and portal password; displaying the portal URL does not create those credentials.

Download a backup

Authorised users can use Download a backup under Admin Actions. The downloaded ZIP contains workshop records and uploaded files, including readable customer and financial information. Save it in a location controlled by the business. Downloading it does not restore or alter the workshop.

Troubleshooting

Review an example document after changing branding or bank details. Changing the currency setting is not an exchange-rate conversion of historical transactions. If you have unsaved changes, save or deliberately discard them before navigating away.
