Ask Sami about your workshop

Sami is the workshop assistant. It can answer supported operational and business questions using the information your account is permitted to access, and prepare certain actions for your confirmation.
Ask a useful question
- Select Ask Sami.
- Enter one clear question, including the date range, customer or job reference when relevant.
- Review the answer and compare important figures with the linked record or report before acting on them.
- Ask a narrower follow-up if the question was too broad.
Useful examples include “Which jobs are overdue?”, “What is occupying the bays?” or “What payments were received this week?” The supported tools also cover areas such as outstanding receivables, technician activity and selected financial summaries. Access to a report through Sami still requires its permissions.
Review an action draft
Sami can prepare supported work-order or payment actions as a draft card. Review every field, including customer, vehicle, job or invoice, amount and date. Use the card's confirmation action only when it matches what you intend. Discard it if it is wrong.
A draft is not a completed transaction. After confirmation, check the actual record before asking Sami to repeat the action. If the draft has expired or is no longer available, review the current record and prepare a fresh one if still needed.
What happens next
Confirmed actions pass through the same product permissions and business checks as the corresponding manual action. A user who cannot record a payment does not gain that ability by asking the assistant.
Troubleshooting
The assistant requires access and a plan that includes it. Trial allowances and rate limits can restrict questions; read the message shown rather than assuming all plans are unlimited. Keep each message within 2,000 characters. Do not paste passwords, provider keys or unrelated personal information into a question.
If your workshop has a configured Telegram connection, ask the administrator for its approved setup route. No Telegram account is connected merely by opening Sami in the browser.
